She practiced hard and won gold medal in 26th Maharashtra roller hockey championship and was qualified for the first time in national championship. When the match was halted at the half time, she came out of the rink by stretching her legs in 180° . One of the observer who was the coach of Jammu Kashmir team was shocked and tried to talk to Shrishti. He asked her the type of skating she was doing and all other informations about her. He said to Shrishti “Beta Kuch aisa kar jayo jo ki ithas ban jaye”and suggested her to do Ice Limbo skating because nobody had tried Limbo skating on ice ever. This was the new target for her.

Shrishti- the Guinness World Record holder has been nominated as the "Brand Ambassador of Coal India Limited" for her outstanding achievement in limbo Skating in 2015 by Hon. Shri Piyush Goyal (Coal & Energy Minister, India), Hon. Shri Rajeev Ranjan Mishra(Chairman & Managing Director, Western Coalfields Limited, Govt. of India UT.), Hon. Shri Chandrashekhar Bawankule ( Gaurdian Minister, Nagpur district, Maharashtra).

Ice skating became the new challenge for Shrishti but she was willing to overcome this challenge. She along with her father departed to “ Iskate, Ambience mall, Gurugram, Haryana” to learn Ice skating. The marshals taught her the techniques and strategies to learn Ice skating and within a week, she learnt Ice skating with hockey skates. Shrishti had shoe bite in both her legs so doctors advised her to take rest. By the time, Shrishti developed the strong will of becoming the World’s first limbo skater. She urged her father to go to Gurugram for further training and to fulfill her ambition. His father spent his last resources and they both went to Gurugram. The school where she was studying- Centre Point School, Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur- gave her 36 days leave that earlier gave her 100% scholarship on recognition of her laudable achievements. Shrishti practiced there for 36 days with hockey skates. The day (09/09/2016) finally came when Shrishti was about to fulfill her ambition but she couldn’t . The target given to Shrishti by Guinness Book of World Records for the title “Lowest Limbo Ice Skating over 10 meters” was of 20 cms and Shrishti was unable to go below 30 cms. So she was unable to achieve the title of Guinness Book of World Record holder for lowest limbo skating over 10 meters.

She was embarrassed and thought that she couldn’t excel and was unable to muster up courage. Shrishti’s father was also very sad. He thought that there was no fault of Shrishti. He worked for her dream with full courage. As being her father, he was responsible to fulfill all her dreams and aspirations, so he decided to make skates for her. Her mother too played the significant role in fulfilling her dream. She suggested to makes the blades of skates similar to that of the Santa clause’s Baggi. She designed the blade on a plane paper. Shrishti’s Father used this design to make the blades using ‘MS Plate’. Heordered Bob skates from Russia that was used for beginners. He also attached those blades as in bob skates on canvas shoes. They again went to Gurugram for practice. Mr. Karan singh Rai, on recognizing her courage, provided them free accommodation, free practice sessions and many more facilities. Sir Jagraj Sahani also took part in fulfilling Shrishti’s dream. He provided the shoes that would bend at 90 degrees and even maintain her balance. But this also interfered in Shrishti’s work. The difference between the hockey skates and the skates provided was that the hockey skates were rough and tough and couldn’t bend and skates provided were of produced leather and it could bend. But the similarity was that the skates provided were as tall as hockey skates. Her father decided to cut the shoes inch by inch so as to provide support to her ankles and maintain balance. The red letter day for the country ( 28/12/2017) came when Shrishti got the another chance to prove her abilities and campaign for ‘BETI BACHAO BETI PADHAO’. She took the blessings of Sai Baba, her parents, her elders and most importantly- The marshals of Iskate who taught her how to glide on ice skating rink. She again got the target of 20 cms from Guinness Book of World Record for Lowest Limbo Ice Skating over 10 meters. Shrishti successfully attempted this record by passing under 17.78 cms without dislodging the bars and this is how Shrishti became World’s First Ice limbo skater and fulfilled her ambition.

In 27th Maharashtra Roller Hockey state championship she won silver medal and was qualified for National championship conducted by Roller skating federation of India which was held at kurukshetra in January 2018.

Shrishti was not able to set or break any record in year 2018 after attempting for such meticulous record in 2017. Shrishti decided to break the record of Fastest time to limbo skate under 10 bars and the target given by the Guinness Book of World Records for this record was to pass under the 10 bars that were set 1 meters apart in just 2.062 secs. Shrishti worked hard for this record within 3 months without bothering about any injuries and problems. She finally attempted for this record on 24/01/2019 at her home ground- W.C.L Umred area skating rink, Nagpur with the best time of 1.891 seconds. However, the record attempt was rejected by GWR because of some technical issue.GWR asked her to limbo skate for 10 meters in timing less than 2.062 sec. So according to the arrangement of bars given by Gwr, the 11 bars were set up to complete 10 metres. However, GWR rejected this record because it was asked to record the fastest time covered between 10 bars i.e., 9 metres and even apologized for having given wrong information.

Shrishti did not lost the courage because she knew that success comes in the hand of those who have full faith on God and support working hard and she herself was believing in God and was working hard for her record. Shrishti insisted her father to help her in re-attempting the record. She re-attempted for this record on 12/06/2019 at her home ground- W.C.L Umred area skating rink, Nagpur with the best time of 1.879 seconds. However, this time also the record was rejected because the video which was provided to Guinness World Record was not clear. But she kept believing in God and “Koshish karne waalo ki kabhi haar nhi hoti.”motivated her.

Shrishti re-attempted for this record in her School-Centre Point School, Nagpur, India. Shrishti broke this record of 2.062 seconds by clearing all the 10 bars which were located 1 meter apart in 1.755 seconds. In the 2nd attempt, she improved her timing to 1.747 sec. Last but not the least, she gave her best time 1.720 sec.

Shrishti also participated in short track ice skating championship on 2019 and won bronze medal in this competition. Therefore, Shrishti has been given the name of the “ THE WONDER GIRL” from Hon. Shri Vijay Babu Darda(Chairman, Lokmat Media Pvt Ltd.) because she is playing roller hockey, Limbo skating , Short track ice speed skating, inline speed skating and free style skating.
